Our Private Plan is the best option for new and upcomming businesses which want to test and integrate our product for a low cost before expanding. You can chose one of the Standard options suintg your needs.
Custom software
In many cases, the customer only pays for custom tailored software after receiving the product. In such cases, it is wise to validate if the customer is allowed to use the software by licensing it properly.
Key management
Many webshops or similar products are working with keys on a daily basis. Wheter it is a voucher code or an activation key, License-Panel can be used to validate if a key exists and is valid.
Free trial
Every yearly subscription started until January 1st 2026 is getting the first 2 months free of charge. Our refund policy, terms of service still apply to your service. Only included limits are free of charge.

Our options are based on the size off your business and the amount of licenses you need. All plans are billed on a yearly basis. Every plan includes a 15 day money back guarantee, because it's okay to change your mind.

you set the limits
We try our best to stay as transparent as possible while also not limiting our customers. Our additional charges are transparent, plannable and scalable. You decide if and how much additional cost your can cause.
API limits
Our API has no time based rate limitting as some businesses might have to validate Licenses more often than others. Morever we set overall limits per month which can - if enabled - be bypassed for additional costs from 0.05€ down to 0.001€ / additional request.
Self set limits
To stay transparent, plannable and scalable, you can decide, if and how much your company can be charged additionally for API uses. This helps you to better scale and plan costs, even if you sometimes need to exceed your plans limits. Included in every plan.
Easy upgrading
Reaching the limits of your current plan? No worries! Your plan can always be upgraded within minutes. The costs of your cucrent plan will be redacted from the upgrading price!
Subscription management made easy
Managing your subscription is designed to be as easy as possible. At any time you can update billing data, your company information or upgrade/downgrade your plan. When upgrading your plan, the price of your current plan will be redacted from the new plan. Upgrades are available instantly after the payment is finished. Your subscription can always be cancelled or downgraded at the end of the billing cycle. free of charge.
