How it works
License-Panel can be integrated in your software either with our provided SDKs or by fetching the API call yourself. Depending on the request type, our high speed API will respond with the requested data which is organized around REST. In case of a license validation stored custom data as well as the validity and other useful information will be returned. Your application then decides how to proceed.
Our api
The License-Panel API (short LPAPI) is organized around REST. Our API has predictable resource-oriented URLs, accepts form-encoded request bodies, returns JSON-encoded responses, and uses standard HTTP response codes, authentication, and verbs. The License-Panel API doesn’t support bulk updates. You can work on only one object per request.This API uses Bearer-Tokens generated in the panel of your user account to authenticate requests.
Besides our API we also offer our customers easier license workflow by using our provided panel. Combining the power of our panel, the fully documented API and it's proficient calls as well as our provideded SDKs, it is only a matter of minutes until you can deploy your licenses. you set the limits
We try our best to stay as transparent as possible while also not limiting our customers. Our additional charges are transparent, plannable and scalable. You decide if and how much additional cost your can cause.
API limits
Our API has no time based rate limitting as some businesses might have to validate Licenses more often than others. Morever we set overall limits per month which can - if enabled - be bypassed for additional costs from 0.05€ down to 0.001€ / additional request.
Self set limits
To stay transparent, plannable and scalable, you can decide, if and how much your company can be charged additionally for API uses. This helps you to better scale and plan costs, even if you sometimes need to exceed your plans limits. Included in every plan.
Easy upgrading
Reaching the limits of your current plan? No worries! Your plan can always be upgraded within minutes. The costs of your cucrent plan will be redacted from the upgrading price!
Subscription management made easy
Managing your subscription is designed to be as easy as possible. At any time you can update billing data, your company information or upgrade/downgrade your plan. When upgrading your plan, the price of your current plan will be redacted from the new plan. Upgrades are available instantly after the payment is finished. Your subscription can always be cancelled or downgraded at the end of the billing cycle. free of charge.
